Jeffrey Linn Agan, 67, passed away on April 10, 2026, at the Veterans Home in Marshalltown, Iowa. He was born on January 26, 1959.

Jeffrey graduated from Newton High School and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He found great joy in life on the farm and was happiest when surrounded by family. He had a special gift for storytelling and loved sharing memories, especially stories about his Grandpa John, Uncle Jerry and all his cousins. He will also be remembered for his contagious laugh, one that was hard not to smile at.  Above all, he deeply loved his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa Agan; his brother, Dennis Agan; his children, Mike, Joseph, Abbie and Adam; and his cherished grandchildren, Brynn, Colton, Claire, Hadley, Tate, Koby, Miles, Addison and Adam.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents, Betty (Dawley) Harrelson and Marv Agan; his brother, Scott Agan; and his grandparents, Edna and John Dawley.

Jeffrey will be remembered for his warmth, his stories, and his unwavering love for those closest to him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A Memorial Coffee Time will be held in honor of Jeff on May 2nd from 9-11am at 505 N Main St, New Sharon Iowa 50207.
