Larry C. Garber was born to Arvene E. Garber and Mary F. Noe Garber in Wapello County Iowa on April 5, 1946. Larry served in the U.S. Army from 1966 to 1968. He married Dianne Lynn Collins Garber January 26,1968 Bremerhaven, Germany. Larry made his home in Rose Hill, Iowa. Larry was an OTR Trucker for over 50 years. He loved to fish and hunt with his boys. Even after he got sick and couldn't do the things he enjoyed, his sons were always willing to involve him in their lives and did whatever needed done to ensure he was a part of their lives.

He is preceded and death by his parents; a brother, Ron Garber, a sister, Patty Smith and 2 nephews; Douglas Smith and Rusty Thomas.

Larry is survived by his wife, Dianne Garber; three sons: Travis Garber and his fiancée, Teresa Hutchinson of Nashville, TN, Troy Garber and his wife Dee of Fremont, Iowa and Tristan Garber and his wife Stacie of Nashville, TN; five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; his sister, Nancy (Ryan Bunting) Thomas, a brother-in-law, Leroy Smith along with many nieces, nephews and friends who will miss Larry greatly.
