Ray Edward Fogle, Jr. 51, of Oskaloosa, died Thursday, June 25, 2020. Funeral services for Eddie will begin at 10:00 am on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at the Holland-Coble Funeral Home in What Cheer. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Burial will be in the Sixteen Cemetery near Thornburg. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.

Ray Edward Fogle, Jr. was born in Oskaloosa, Iowa on November 6, 1968, the son of Ray and Donna Bird Fogle. He was a 1987 graduate of Tri-County High School. Eddie then began his career as a construction worker and a carpenter. Most recently, Eddie worked as a truck-driver for Ideal Ready Mix out of Oskaloosa. He was a jack of all trades. Over the years, he had bought and resold over five-hundred vehicles. Eddie always looked forward to riding his Harley, having a drink with his friends, and visiting with most anyone. He rightfully earned the nickname Speedy, because Eddie was a firm believer in working hard and playing harder. Eddie will be remembered as a selfless, kind-hearted, caring man who put the need of others before his own.

He is preceded in death by a sister Michelle Fogle and a son Matthew Fogle.

Eddie is survived by his parents, Ray and Donna Fogle; fiancé, Jennifer Fleener; eight children, Whitney Fogle, Nathan (Tamara) Fogle, Shelby (Michael) Miller, Julie Hartwig, Dominic Coats, Curtis Kumbier, Erin Fleener, and Chase Fleener; his three brothers, Darren (Monica) Fogle, Randy (Candice) Fogle, and Terry (Wendy) Fogle. Eddie also leaves behind eleven grandchildren, Lukas, Milo, Sawyer, Princetin, Riley, Michael, Natalya, Kyle, Logan, Lilly, and Lyvia.
