Sandra Sue Fox, 64 of rural Keswick gained her angel wings on December 24th, 2020 at home with family by her side. Memorial services will be held at Holland Coble Funeral Home in What Cheer, Iowa on Monday, December 28th at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. For 51 years she courageously battled renal disease. She was a loving wife to her husband Jerry and two daughters for which she demonstrated continual resiliency, a listening ear with wise advice along with a hard work ethic.

Sandra was born on July 15th, 1956 on her father's birthday to Wesley Krumm and Marilyn Couch. She graduated from Tri-County High School in 1974 and attended Marshalltown Community College where she obtained her LPN license. On September 20th, 1976 she was united in marriage to Jerry Fox. While raising a family and working she went back to school at Indian Hills Community College where she became a Registered Nurse. Throughout her career she worked at nursing homes in New Sharon and North English as well as Keokuk County Public Health.

Sandra had many hobbies which included vegetable and flower gardening, canning, trying new recipes, cake decorating, shopping, sewing, refinishing furniture, playing piano and spending quality time with her family. She was a member of the Gibson Presbyterian/White Oak Church and Thornburg Garden Club.

She is survived by her dedicated and loving husband of 44 years, Jerry Fox, two daughters, Tiffany Thiessen and Lindsey (Greg) Jergens; five granddaughters, Paige Jergens, Cecilia Jergens, Kennedy Thiessen, Jersey Jergens and Kimber Thiessen and three grandsons, Khain Thiessen, Karter Thiessen and Nolan Jergens, all of Marengo. Other surviving family members include her five sisters: Connie (Maher) Mattan, Kathie (Mark) Dennison, Angela Couch, Sherie (Les) Desadier, and Christine (Jorge) Bella; two brothers, Troy (Ellen) Krumm and Tony (Sandy) Krumm; two sister in-laws Shelley Krumm and Karen (Verne Daughtery) as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Wesley Krumm and Marilyn Couch; brother Michael Krumm; grandparents Marion and Thelma Gillespie Krumm, Ray and Wilma (Plate) Storm and father and mother- in- law Roy and Hazel Fox.

Memorials can be made in Sandra's name to the Gibson Presbyterian Church or Kidney Foundation at Unity Point in Des Moines.

The family would like to thank Dr. Chandran and Dr. Peterson as well as the staff at Davita, Mahaska Health Partnership, Keokuk County Public Health, Keokuk County Health Center Physical Therapy, and Iowa Methodist and Iowa Lutheran Hospitals in Des Moines for their continued care of Sandra throughout the years.
