Sis Fulton, 94 of Montezuma passed away Saturday morning, February 21, 2026 at her home in Montezuma under hospice care. An open visitation will be held from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at the Holland-Coble Funeral Home in Montezuma. A private family burial will be held in the Jackson Township Cemetery in Montezuma. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Montezuma Fire Department. Holland-Coble Funeral Home of Montezuma is in charge of arrangements.

Priscilla "Sis" Joan Fulton, the daughter of Bill and Florence (Leatherman) Stitely, was born on April 28, 1931 in Oskaloosa, Iowa. She graduated from Oskaloosa High School in 1949 and then continued her education at AIB College of Business receiving her degree in business. On January 20, 1952, Sis was united in marriage to Bob Fulton in Oskaloosa. To this union two children were born, Pamela and Kevin. Bob and Sis purchased the furniture store in Montezuma in 1953 owning and operating for over 40 years before retiring. Sis was an avid golfer for over 60 years. She also enjoyed playing cards with friends and family. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Evangelical Church in Montezuma, KEN Club, the Montezuma Country Club and several card clubs. Bob and Sis traveled in their motor home until his death and she continued to winter in Arizona.

Her memory is honored by her son, Kevin Fulton of Kasilof, Alaska; a grandson Ariel Leedom of Illinois along with many other relatives and friends.

Sis was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bob; her daughter, Pamela and a brother, Bob Stitley.
