Tammy Neitzel, 57, of Delta, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at the Keokuk County Health Center at Sigourney, Iowa. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 28, at the Holland-Coble Funeral Home in What Cheer beginning at 11:00 am. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00. Burial will be held in the Armah Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family. Holland-Coble Funeral Home of What Cheer is in charge of the arrangements.

Tammy Sue Neitzel was born on June 8, 1963 at Sigourney, Iowa to Gaylan and Doris Hartwig Clubb. She attended school at Tri-County and Sigourney High School. She worked at the Town House Café in Sigourney while growing up. Tammy married Gary Kempf and they became the parents of two sons, Junior and Aaron Kempf. Tammy worked at the Salvation Army in Marshalltown for many years, Pella Products, Louis Rich, and Sigourney Foods. She later married James (Skip) Van Dee and after his death was united in marriage to Roy Neitzel.

Tammy enjoyed cooking, reading, camping, fishing, football and Nascar. Her three grandchildren were her treasurers and she loved gifting them with things that their parents wouldn't. She loved to play games with them and watch movies over and over. Tammy was a very giving person and a joy to be around. She would always help a friend in need.She is preceded in death by her mother; her brother, Shawn Clubb; her husband, Skip Van Dee and her father-in-law, Dean Neitzel.Tammy is survived by her father, Gaylan Clubb; her husband, Roy Neitzel; her sons, Junior (Baylee) Kempf, Aaron Kempf, step-sons, Terry Van Dee and Mike Keister; grandchildren Dominic Kempf, Greyson Kempf and Evee Kempf; her brother and sister, Troy Clubb and Trudy Clubb; as well as many other relatives and friends.
